This advanced Orbix 8-camera security DVR series uses H264 video compression and has an embedded operating system with on-screen display (OSD) for easy user programming. This standalone DVR has 8 video channels and one audio channel. User selectable image capture rate and video resolution. Models are available with a variety of hard disk drive sizes up to a maximum of 2T. A built-in web browser allows remote internet viewing using MS Internet Explorer 5.0 or greater. Free down-loadable software allows programming and advanced DVR control during remote viewing using the Orbix client interface.
