Our shipping is handled the vendor from which the product is obtained. Each vendor uses their choice(s) of shipping companies. Some will use one exclusively while other offer a choice. Shipping companies that are available are UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Because the U.S. Postal Service has failed to honor valid insurance claims for lost shipments, some as large as $2,100.00, we ask that you use a physical address that is deliverable by UPS or FedEx. We apologize for any inconvenience, but the poor business practices of the U.S. Postal Service have made this necessary. If a customer requires the use of a PO Box for delivery, please be aware that all USPS shipments are the responsibility of the customer once the shipper has placed the item with the Postal Service for delicery. WE STRONGLY DISCOURAGE THE CHOICE OF THE US POSTAL SERVICE FOR DELIVERY.
All returns must be authorized by A+ Privacy Equipment, Inc. prior to shipment and be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMAs are only issued for defective items. Defective items must be shipped postage prepaid to the address specified when the RMA is issued with the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package and a copy of the original receipt/invoice enclosed with the item. Replacements will be sent at our expense to the same address as the original order. Items found to not be defective or are found to have been abused or damaged by the customer will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense once payment for the return shipping has been received. If the product is found to not be defective the customer will be notified by email and/or telephone of this and will then have 30 days in which to submit payment for return shipping, after which the product will be forfeited with no refund or credit. |
